Job Highlights


Safe and efficient operations of the Bromine and Boiler area by completing, supporting, and participating in all assigned tasks

Ensure all Health, Safety, Environmental, Quality, and Production policies, procedures, SOPs, and regulations related to the area are followed

Monitor the process in the field and/or in control room to identify, report, and prevent unusual and unsafe conditions

Ability to cross train on all operations within the area, including but not limited to high pressure boiler operations, utility operations, and loading. unloading operations.

Identify and address routine maintenance requirements as needed

Perform minor maintenance to piping and equipment as needed

Participate in activities, meetings, and projects which will enhance plant safety, environmental, reliability, cost, and production performance

Operation of complex chemical processes utilizing defined standard operation procedures and good manufacturing practices

Participate in continuous improvement projects as required




High School Diploma or equivalent

Ability to perform multiple functions simultaneously

Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner

Ability to lift 50lbs

Must be a team player

Good problem-solving skills

Must be able to work twelve-hour rotating day/night shifts and overtime as required

Possess or obtain a high pressure boiler license within 1 year of employment/training
