Must be able to maintain and balance a cash drawer with accuracy as well as follow instructions/procedures. Build customer relationships and promote bank products and services. Determine personal and business customer's needs for the bank services and products. Opens accounts, cross-sells bank products, follows up to see that all signature cards and papers are completed. Various other duties that apply to customer accounts. Answering phone calls, balancing checkbooks, stop payments, research, resolutions, posting transfers, and forgeries. Applicant should possess the following: Excellent customer service skills, a professional mannerism, and have good computer skills. Banking and/or customer service experience is preferred. Must be flexible with branch location and working hours.
