Responsibilities:

+ Identifies needs of the market and liaises between the community and the facility.

+ Analyze market and industry trends.

+ Track and analyze key performance indicators.

+ Play an integral role in the development of the organizational strategic plan.

+ Execute business development strategic plan.

+ Create and maintain professional relationships with referral sources.

+ Develop improved payor mix efforts.

+ Oversee brand strategy for the organization including formulation of collateral materials and community engagement efforts.

+ Guarantee compliance with referral and sales software program.

+ Provide insight into facility’s ability to meet or exceed customer service expectations.

+ Provide oversight and leadership for business development department.

+ Ensures regular reporting of progress to CEO and Executive Team.

+ Manage marketing budget, meeting/exceeding budgeted-(omit) departmental goals.

+ Possesses strong verbal and written communication skills.
