Responsibilities: * Promote the philosophy, mission and objectives of Nexion Health Management, Inc. within all areas of daily operations. * Establish financial and program goals for the community . * Monitor and manage monthly budget. * Ensure a safe, clean and comfortable environment for patients, visitors and staff. * Recruit, hire and provide orientation/training for qualified staff to properly execute community programs and services. * Ensure that the quality and appropriateness of patient care meets or exceeds company and industry standards ; and ensure that all services comply with state and federal legal, regulatory, accreditation and reimbursement gui delines. * Follow regulatory guidelines for reporting incidents to the proper company and agency authorities . * All other duties, as assigned. Qualifications: * Must be a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator . * 3+ years of administrator experience is preferred. * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required. * Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements. * Working knowledge of personal computer and software applications used in job functions, (word processing, graphics, databases, spreadsheets, etc.). * Excellent ability to supervise, instruct and motivate others. * Strong organizational , analytical , and communications skills. * Demonstrated ability to successfully and independently oversee all community operations.
