Summary:

Facebook is seeking an experienced Process Integration Learning and Development Program Manager in support of logistic operations across Facebook’s Data Center infrastructure. This Program Manager will be responsible for working closely with cross-functional program managers and Data Center leaders/partners to design, capture, and distribute standardized learning solutions for the global logistics footprint. You’ll be responsible for driving a culture of continuous process improvement, while remaining flexible to support the changing needs of the business. You will influence strategic priorities and brief global leaders on targeted process improvements resulting in efficient growth and development of the logistics team. This individual must work with partners across the Data Center ecosystem to implement measurable and flexible processes in support of the overall strategy. This is a highly impactful position and requires a strong operational knowledge of process design, supply chain industry knowledge, metrics development, safety and EHS oversight, and training and development program knowledge. Additionally, this role requires a creative approach to problem solving and willingness to accept ambiguity in their work environment. Facebook needs an L&D Program Manager to create and define this role within our operation, not just replicate an industry experience.

Required Skills:

1. Develop, refine, and maintain knowledge management repositories to promulgate safe and efficient data center logistics operations

2. Manage version control within documentation and proactively scrutinize documentation to ensure the most up-to-date process documentation is in circulation

3. Effectively communicate across numerous regions and cross-functional stakeholders to gather inputs for training and documentation rollout

4. Proactively identify process gaps, engineer processes and distribute across data center regions

5. Liaise and partner on behalf of data centers to headquarter teams to identify training documentation gaps and opportunities

6. Partner with regional field leads and key cross functional stakeholders in implementing best-in-class logistics training programs

7. Ability to travel up to 25% (Post COVID)

Minimum Qualifications:

8. Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Business Management, Engineering or Operations Research

9. 7+ years of experience in learning and development programs within a logistics, retail operations, supply chain, or related industry

10. Proven background and interest in process improvement and gap analysis

11. Experienced in cross functional collaboration across multiple teams and experience working independently and part of a team

12. Working knowledge of ERP systems, WMS, TMS, MS office suite, and other supply chain tools

13. Experience communicating effectively across the organization with interpersonal skills, including relationship building and collaboration within a cross-functional team

14. Experience dealing with ambiguity, operating in a high-growth environment, and solving problems with limited oversight

Preferred Qualifications:

15. Development of Supply Chain tools experience

16. Six Sigma or Lean Certification

17. Experience working across multiple geographic regions, preferably with emphasis on Europe, APAC, and South America
