NIGHT SHIFT- Full Time Food Safety Quality Technician


The Full-Time Food Safety Quality Technician position is responsible for leading and managing product changes, as well as quality documentation and other tasks associated with ensuring high quality product. Ability to work within a self-directed team and make decisions on a day-to-day basis is required.

Here is a list of tasks you can expect to perform during the workday that are priority:
* times throughout the day.
* Work with PMOs and supply chain leaders (SCLs) to review and ensure Packaging Fail-Safe processes are in place, check for form completion, gather required signatures and escalate issues if necessary.
* Work with seasoning operators and supply chain leaders (SCLs) to ensure seasoning verification documentation for processing is completed and escalate issues if necessary
* You will work with a team of your peers to complete the tasks listed above.
* Any other duties as business dictates and/or assigned.

* 12hrs daily, 40hr work weeks, unless otherwise noted
* Continuous operations work week,
* Working two days straight, two off and working every other weekend.

Other additional tasks that may be required are:
* AIB self-audits-writing work orders when necessary
* Work holds
* Own F22K/QAS programs
* Train and/or coach other operators on the quality inspection process
* Perform quality checks, making sure packaging is correct.
* Any other duties as business dictates and/or assigned.
