+ Wellness Program with IncentivesSummary: The Quality Management Director will work with all Operations to manage Nabholz’ Corporate Quality Processes and specifically Northwest Arkansas and Oklahoma area. Core responsibilities will be forging positive relationships with Operations Leadership and Project Teams. Assisting Operations with implementation of Nabholz Quality initiatives, monitoring implementation of those processes and periodically reporting to Division Presidents, EVP’s of Construction and Specialty Group Managers. Typical Duties:
+ Facilitate and participate in Nabholz’ Constructability Review Process.
+ Help Project Teams prepare agendas and conduct Building Envelope Coordination Meetings.
+ Work with Project Teams on Pre-installation Meetings for critical/high-risk features of work.
+ Conduct random QMS audits as requested by Operations Leadership.
+ Help Project teams prepare for and implement Nabholz Warranty Process.
+ Train new employees on Nabholz Quality Processes.
+ Assist Project Teams in troubleshooting, investigating, and resolving Quality and Warranty issues.
+ Assist Preconstruction with site investigations.
+ Participate and represent Nabholz in industry organizations dedicated to Construction Quality.
+ Attend online and in-person classes and seminars to stay current with Construction Quality, Building Envelope and General Construction design innovations, new products, and certifications.
+ Take ownership of, promote, and execute Nabholz’ Quality Risk Management Initiatives and processes.
+ Good customer service and support.
+ Safety sensitive position.Qualifications:
+ Self-motivated. Must have a passion for and a belief in Zero Defect philosophy.
+ Bachelors or above in structural, civil, architectural engineering, architecture or construction management preferred, or commensurate commercial construction experience in the field.
+ 10+ years of Commercial Construction experience.
+ Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively with all levels of Construction Professionals; including conducting and leading meetings; conducting training of individuals, and small groups.
+ Thorough understanding of fundamental elements of Building Envelope, design, and construction documents.
+ Build positive relationships with internal and external teams and individuals.
+ Professional licensure and/or advanced technical certifications in Building Science or Project Management a plus.
+ Ability to work in a constantly changing technical environment.
+ High level of comfort and experience with Information Technology or ability and willingness to learn.
+ Must reside in Northwest Arkansas or Tulsa , Oklahoma or willing to relocate to either.Physical Demands :
+ Ability to continuously sit, stand, or walk.
+ Ability to bend, squat, climb stairs, and lift frequently.
+ Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
+ Ability to work in heat or cold, work outside, work in high elevations.Work Environment:
