SUMMARYThe Associate Marketing Manager oversees multiple projects, managing day-to-day details and identifying ways to optimize. This candidate will will collaborate across other departments (Marketing, Commercial Merchandising, Store Operations, etc.) or vendors, and will be able to demonstrate cross-functional relationship-building and negotiation skills. The Associate Marketing Manager develops and provides regular reporting, reconciliation, and documentation for assigned projects/programs. This candidate will also prepare and analyze ad hoc operational or departmental reports as needed. This would include providing summaries of research/data, explaining cause and effect of business trends or anomalies, and providing sound conclusions.
+ Compiles reports, post-mortems, presentations as guided by direct manager
+ Assists with maintaining ongoing reporting
+ Partners and collaborates with the Merchandising teams to develop omnichannel marketing strategies that support the current commercial strategy.
+ Develops complex briefs and project plans
+ Coordinates robust project management
+ Assists in preparation for management reviews as required
+ Assists in maintaining bookkeeping functions (budget oversight, estimates, invoices, etc.)
+ Analyzes trends
+ Designs, writes, tests and maintains management reports and/or presentationsPREFFERED:
+ BA/BS in Business, Marketing, or Communications
+ Approximately 5 – 7 years’ experience (Advertising, Content Creation, CRM/Loyalty, Insights, Media, Social, Ecommerce) or other related field
