The Sr. Commercial Marketing Manager, CRM is responsible for the development of broad marketing/loyalty strategies and tactics, based on brand positioning and a deep understanding of customer needs, that effectively meet Commercial business objectives. This includes working with internal stakeholders, vendor partners and our professional customers to research, plan, budget, coordinate, execute and analyze these efforts. Will oversee a portion of the Commercial Marketing budget and be required to hit all appropriate ROI and other KPI measurements for sales, engagement, and traffic.
+ Partner with and support the Director of Commercial Marketing with strategic planning, customer learning/research and the annual budgeting processes that help deliver short-term and long-term business and financial objectives related to loyalty and CRM
+ Develop and oversee all customer loyalty and CRM programs, activities and customer interactions to deliver improved call status, increased sales and customer retention
+ Create acquisition and retention campaigns, from conceptualization through to analysis, including idea generation, proposal preparation, overseeing the production process and the execution, including ongoing notifications management
+ Manage and maintain the quality and consistency of Commercial customer data, across the organization to deliver “one-view” of the customer in the GCM
+ Develop and oversee the lead generation and management process driving sales calls from Marketing initiatives to the sales force
+ Manage partner relationships with CRM companies (Act-On, Microsoft Dynamics), Sales Force leadership, and other internal stakeholders (SFA team) in coordination of CRM strategies that deliver sales call leads, boost customer relationships, and drive increased sales/first call status
+ Oversee a portion of the Commercial Marketing budget, executing all ARSs and contracts, managing costs against the approved spend, and verifying invoices to ensure corporate oversight and efficient spend
+ This position has two or more direct reports
+ BA/BS in Business, Marketing, or Advertising.
+ 8+ years’ experience in advertising or marketing communications within a CPG company OR National Retailer OR account management for an advertising agency
+ 4+ years’ experience managing marketing professionals, vendors, customers, and consultants in an agency/corporate setting
+ CRM system management experience
+ Works and communicates successfully with Senior Management, multiple levels of our Outside Sales Force, National Accounts’ leadership, and Customer Associations’ leadership, through verbal and written skills, as well as professional presentations
+ Demonstrated experience with insight-driven Brand Positioning, Brand Governance, Communication Strategy/Activation.
+ Retail or B2B experience preferred
