The Personal Productivity Consumables Leader is an exciting new opportunity to manage this consumables space. With over 300K+ employees and a spend upwards of 200M this role has a large span of influence globally. The role has become increasingly important due to the aftermath of Covid and supply chain constraints.
Your key responsibilities
The Personal Productivity Consumables Leader is responsible for business management and strategic needs. This role will focus in the newly created Consumables space for personal productivity liaising with ESPM; Finance; Procurement; the ET Business Office; and BRM. They will be responsible for benefits realization and contributing to identifying, executing, and sustaining financial benefits to the firm. The role will require C level presence with the capability to master challenges in presenting complex analysis to senior executives and will require the ability to influence leaders by asserting ideas to gain support across a matrixed organization. You will oversee a multimillion dollar budget for personal productivity consumables (PCs; Macs; PHones; tablets; headsets) and take responsibility to deliver and track benefits realized.

+ Capability to master challenges in presenting complex analysis to senior executives
+ Demonstrate the ability to create financial plans and forecasts of anticipated performance and/or costs
To qualify for the role you must have
+ 10+ years experience with financial principles
+ 10+ years experience with business analysis
+ 10+ years experience with product management
+ 10+ years experience with program management
+ Previous experience in a related discipline or a combination of education / experience with the above
Ideally, you’ll also have
+ Keen interest in technology and technology driven service-oriented businesses
+ Flexibility to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity, and rapid changes.
+ Outstanding management, interpersonal, communication, organizational and decision making skills
