Large non profit in Shreveport is looking for someone who can take over as their “Walk Manager” for their yearly event, but they are looking to fill this role permanently and this person will be having a working interview while they are there.
You would need some experience in raising money/marketing for events. They are looking for someone who is organized and very personable, and they must be able to speak in front of groups.
The hours are Monday – Friday 8a-5p with some Saturday work. The pay is around $19/hr.

+ Making daily calls to past and current walk teams to encourage them to fundraise, register and promote walk events.
+ Handle all logistics for events such as walk site, recruit day of volunteers, and communication with teams.
+ Facilitate committee meetings with each walk event, Shreveport, Alexandria and Monroe to discuss team recruitment, fundraising and event promotion.
