+ Collaborate with functional and technical staff to assist researching, coordinating and implementing HRMS upgrades or fix in Test and Production environments, document changes and testing results
+ Assists developing, debugging, and implementing HRMS including reports, interfaces, maintain tables and data fixes
+ Actively monitor data integrity and correct problems as they occur
+ Continually seek and implement process improvement opportunities
+ Develop, maintain, and distribute complex custom reports
+ Researches and resolves HRMS problems, unexpected results or process flaws; perform scheduled activities; recommends solutions or alternate methods to meet requirements.Â
+ Use project management skills in managing projects. Provide overall project management for any given HRMS initiative.Â
+ Maintain documentation of all HRMS applications including business and functional specs
+ Demonstrates conceptual and practical expertise in own discipline and basic knowledge of related disciplines
+ Has knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others; is aware of the competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market
+ Â Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience; may lead small projects with manageable risks and resource requirements
