Orgill is looking for a Planogram Data Administrator to work in the Orgill Concept Center in Olive Branch, MS and oversee maintaining the database where planogram data is stored as well as the ordering of product and disposition of the product after the data has been captured. The Planogram Data Administrator will also be responsible for the equipment used for imaging and measuring. If this sounds like the role for you, then consider an opportunity with us!
What Requirements Should I Have?
The successful candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent (required) and at least one year of experience in data administration. Travel is required as deemed necessary along with the dedication and ability to work in a fast-paced but rewarding environment.
As a member of the Retail Services team, you will be expected to perform a broad range of simultaneous duties and deliver effective communication both verbally and written. You will coordinate with Orgill Distribution Centers and vendors regarding the shipment of products for measurement, weighing and imaging as well as able to execute multiple duties and deadlines in a successful and efficient manner. We will help you achieve your career goals by offering challenging duties and annual performance reviews.
Duties and Responsibilities:
+ Coordinates with the Orgill distribution centers and Orgill vendors to get products shipped in for measuring, weighing, and imaging.
+ Responsible for maintaining the database where all of the data is stored.
+ Oversees disposition of the product after the data has been captured.
+ Responsible for the equipment used for imaging and measurements.
+ Performs other duties as required and/or assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
+ Ability to establish priorities, work independently, proceed with objectives with little or no supervision, and meet deadlines.
+ Ability to give instructions and communicate effectively.
+ Ability to oversee third party labor and/or team members to accomplish tasks assigned.
+ Good computer skills (specifically Excel) necessary.
Minimum Job Qualifications:
+ High school degree or equivalent required.
+ Requires forklift certification (post hire)
+ Requires travel as deemed necessary. Valid driver’s license necessary.
+ Must be willing to travel to company dealer markets as well as other trips as needed.
