Are you a dynamic leader with the ability to motivate the team and focus on consistently delivering a 5 star client experience?

Do you have proven experience in building and maintaining a high-performing team? Can you ensure thorough training of new team members to help them be successful quickly? We are searching for someone who understands the importance of a positive work culture and who can set goals for the team and provide the coaching and processes to achieve them. Should be able to coordinate schedules and activities and be willing to be a front desk sales associate on a regular basis as means to help out and demostrate sales skills. Should be experienced in reading reports, creating spreadsheets and have experience providing clients with the absolute best in customer service and problem solving. Must be pro-active in assuring the clinic is always following protocols, inventory is consistently maintained, and should have strong drive for finding ways for the clinic to excel.

Here’s what’s in it for you:

A 40 hour work week with some shift flexibility – we are open 7 days a week and you will be expected to work some nights or weekends in order to stay connected with your entire team. We offer extensive training and opportunity for financial growth. If the clinic revenue grows, so does yours! You will have base pay, plus commission on sales, revenue and other metrics. As the connector between the franchise owner, staff, and clients, you’re the leader of the mission, bringing everyone together to work cohesively toward that goal. Daily work in this role includes:

+ Building a high-achieving team by setting clear expectations, providing ongoing training and mentorship, and reviewing performance regularly to empower team members to improve and grow.

+ Running a tight ship where every operational detail is addressed, from managing inventory and deposits to ensuring compliance with all labor and employment laws applicable to location employees (including any local and state licensing laws for massage therapists and estheticians).

+ Creating a strong workplace culture where all employees feel valued, good work is recognized, issues are resolved quickly and fairly, and everyone feels connected to the mission.
