Required Skills: *****************Technologies: WAN, LAN, DC Networks, Wireless, SD WAN and AWSVendors: Cisco, Juniper, F5 , Infoblox & SolarwindsProducts: Cisco Routers, Nexus 7k/5k, Cisco Switches, Cisco 65xx, 45xx, 37xx,ACE, Cisco WLC, Meraki, Viptela , InfobloxWAN: IP Routing, Multi Layer Switching, ACL’s, NAT, T1/E1, Routing: Cisco 4000 / 4500 / 6500 / 7200 routers, Protocols include RIP, OSPF, ISIS, BGP, EIGRP, MPLS, IPSec, VPNs, ACL’s, NATLAN/Switching: Cisco Catalyst 3500 / 3550 / 3700 / 3900 / 4000 / 6500 series switches, Gigabit Ethernet, 802.1q, ISL, Ether Channel, Multicast, SNMP, VSS, VTP, STP, RSTP, HSRP/VRRP, vDC, vPC, VRF, FCoE, DHCP, Traffic Shaping, Voice over IP, Video / Voice QoS (CBWFQ, LLQ)Wireless: 802.1x, WPA/WPA2 and WEP with TKIP / AESLoad Balancing – Netscalers, F5 and CiscoNMS / Analysis: Solarwinds, Smoke Ping & Cacti***********************************************************************************************************Role & Responsibilities:****************************Responsible for troubleshooting network (LAN/DC-switching/WLAN/WAN) issues.Responsible for managing and troubleshooting SD-WAN infra especially Meraki and Viptela.Responsible for Managing and troubleshooting DNS/DHCP related issue in Infoblox.Responsible for bandwidth upgradation and supporting ISP related activities.Responsible for allocating IP addresses as per the request.Responsible for monitoring LAN/WLAN/DC network Infra through solarwinds & Cisco Prime.Responsible for monitoring & supporting of AWS cloud based network infra.Responsible for identifying & replacing faulty hardware(i.e routers, switches, APs, SD-WANs, etc..)Responsible for hardening new LAN/WLAN devices.Responsible for upgrading SD-WAN appliances, LAN/WLAN appliances and WLCs.Supporting network engineering team to deploy new sites.Collaborate with voice and server team for new deployments and server quarantine. Responsible for troubleshooting firewall related -L1 & L2 issues.Responsible for preparing technical documents.Needs to provide technical assistance for in-time and quality implementation of connecting, global, customer’s LANs/WAN.Provides Operational 24*7 support (NOC) for the customers maintaining uptimes as signed in the SLAs.Coordination with third parties, like ISP, vendors, to be able to monitor progress of reported problems.
