The primary role of the Equipment Compliance Analyst is to perform compliance related administrative and technical tasks for the updating compliance reports and listings, maintaining product compliance database, maintaining product certificates, researching compliance agency submittals and updates, assembly of product technical files, technical support for the compliance engineers, procurement and management of outside standards and coordinating departmental ISO documentation.
Essential functions & responsibilities
+ Research compliance related regulations for equipment and instrumentation
+ Documentation and compliance with all regulations: Federal, State, Local
+ Ensure compliance for import/export through Harmonized Tariff Schedule classification
+ Maintain product compliance information in our PLM database
+ Maintain product certifications, permits and registrations
+ Technical support for the compliance engineers
+ Research and document compliance related issues, which include: new regulations & equipment /component certifications requirements.
+ Coordinate with Strategic Product Compliance team to on regulation updates and provide impact summary to ETS team.
+ Read and interpret state, national and international tank/equipment regulations.
+ Maintain tank database – tank registrations, tank-product approvals, ownership
+ Execute and maintain tank state registrations
+ Coordinate with EH&S and ETS on the decommissioning and removal of tanks from customer sites
+ Manage the review and approval process for Neat Delivery
+ Compile and clean up Neat Delivery & Storage Tank information
+ Communicate tank/equipment compliance requirements to internal and external customers.
+ Serve as the equipment compliance representative on cross functional teams.
+ Actively support DBS programs and activities.
+ Serves as a resource and mentor to other technical staff members by sharing knowledge of ChemTreat products, processes, and systems and expertise in compliance.

Education & experience
+ Minimum of BA/BS degree in Physical Science, Chemistry, Engineering or related field.
+ Minimum of 5 years of Compliance experience
+ Understanding of regulatory transportation requirements: DOT, ICAO, IDMG, TDG
+ Required experience in:
+ HTS classification
+ 49 CFR compliance
+ Knowledge of global equipment/instrumentation regulations
The salary range for this role is $56,600 – 65,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in Colorado. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
