Job Title: Collaborative, Planning, Forecast, & Replenishment (CPFR) Analyst – SAM’SThe C ollaborative, Planning, Forecast , & Replenishment CPFR) Analyst position requires the management of Sam’s Store Shelf Replenishment at the SKU level using a combination of Retail Link and Madrid CPFR and GRS tools. This role will drive advanced analytics and unlock incremental opportunities across the business. The CPFR work optimizes Sam’s Store Replenishment Process coupled with Unilever’s Supply Chain to create a value chain to deliver on Customer KPI’s and overall Unilever sales goals . These activities require tight internal business linkages , strong analytics and communication is critical for success. Responsibilities 1 . Review store/club level instocks 2. Work closely with Sam’s replenishment on polices for base and promotional management 3. Work closely with Supply Chain and CD to ensure forecasting accuracy along with fulfilling demand 4. Identify opportunities to drive incremental opportunities such as store/club of the community, inventory increases 5 . Achieve customer metrics – Instocks and OTIF – deep dive into item issues and offer solution Challenges 1. Critical understanding of how to present data and process flows to influence changes 2. Strategically influencing peers and leaders in adopting best practices 3. Meet OTIF goals 4. Build a relationship with the Sam’s Replenishment to ensure exceptional communication and service 5. Requires exceptional communication skills across key internal business linkages 6. Planner is held responsible and accountable to ’ own the process ’ and empower self and others to make decisions in a timely manner Scope Indicates important data applicable to this position which best describes its effect on the business. For example, size of the business, number of people, types of systems, budget responsibility. Influences and advises the Customer on various data ( e.g. POS Forecast , opportunities for increased sales, in-stocks etc ) Manages Sam’s inventory fluctuations which are critical to optimizing forecasts & creating synergy between WM / Sam’s & Unilever SC Identifies areas of opportunity in the business and uses data to influence internal and external parties Form strong relationship s with internal supply chain teams to ensure exceptional service including Fill Rates & OTIF compliance Provide demand forecast on a category/segment that averages N SV of $ 250 mm annually Education Undergraduate degree in Supply Chain Management or other Business related fields. Experience 1-3 years of relevant Supply Chain/CPG/Retail experience Skills Operational Planning and Forecasting / Relationship Management / Retail Link / GRS / Power BI Certification Retail Link, APICS, MBA, or SAP a plus, but not required Competencies & Abilities Ability to connect the dots across multiple depts and potential impacts to assess tradeoffs This position requires excellent communication skills across internal and external parties Strong leadership skills are required , Self-Motivated Essential to this position, EDGE and Delivery through Teams This position is the focal point of the supply chain at the customer level. Numerous interfaces requiring experience, good judgement, leadership skills, process understanding , & an analytical mindset . Presentation of data to management and the customer is required for KPI updates.
