KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate, Learning and Development/Leadership Development to join our Learning and Development organization.

Responsibilities:

+ Participate in the design, development and implementation of leadership development solutions and other enterprise talent initiatives

+ Provide program delivery support and project management to the Leadership Development team

+ Deliver real-time analysis and reporting re: key data metrics: self-nomination/leader-led nomination process, program evaluation and key talent metrics: retention, promotion; including compiling course completion data and evaluations, use VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables to update Excel spreadsheets

+ Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, track deadlines & milestones and communicate status while also being attentive to details; along with managing varied levels of stakeholders

+ Onsite support, when programs are not at Lakehouse which includes but not limited to staff office set-up/management, management of program support resources LO, E&M, site walk through, emergency point of contact, oversee CPE process, app notifications/information push out, properly secured documents for shredding, oversee E&M for logistical details such as A/V management, table management, participant management – Answering questions, locating missing people, search & rescue, classroom setup and general session management

Qualifications:

+ Minimum three years of Learning & Development experience; preferably implementing strategic learning solutions in a large, corporate environment preferably within a professional services firm

+ Bachelor’s degree from accredited university or college; Master’s degree in Human Resources, Applied Psychology or Learning Strategies preferred

+ Strong communication (oral and written), presentation, relationship and project management skills

+ Data analysis including intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel

+ Experience with technologies enabling in-classroom, virtual and digital learning is preferred
