Description/Job Summary POSITION PURPOSE: To create and curate the bank’s image and exposure via digital, traditional, and social media platforms. QUALIFICATIONS: * Experience in web design and social media management. * Retail banking and deposit operations experience not required but a plus. * Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills. ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES: * Do things right while promoting bank profitability and growth. * Manage in-store video system (Inlighten) and keep images current * Maintain the bank’s intranet (StoneNet) as a primary internal communications tool * Implement strategy for communicating the availability of the Money IQ (StoKnowledge) database to customers. * Manage the bank’s social media accounts * Assist with the implementation of digital marketing strategies * Monitor the bank’s website and work with 61Celsius to keep all pages current * Serve as an interface between marketing, lending and deposit operations departments * Participate in the development and implementation of deposit-generating strategies * Assist in the timely ordering of specialty items and bank apparel * Work with supervisor, SVP Retail Banking, Branch Managers and Loan Officers to assess their specialty item ordering and promotional needs * Maintain the bank’s Organizational Chart in electronic and hard-copy forms. * Perform any and all other duties assigned by management for which the banker is qualified and physically able to perform, with or without a reasonable accommodation. * Other duties as assigned by supervisor, SVP Retail Banking or CEO. Details PRINCIPAL CONTACTS: * Executive Management * Customers * Employees PHYSICAL CHARACTERISTICS: * Job Environment: Office in the Little Rock bank. * Equipment Used: Adding machine/calculator; typewriter/keyboard, computer terminal and printer; telephone; fax; copier. Computer terminal will provide access to the Microsoft Office suite of software. * Physical Criteria: Sitting for extended periods of time, bending. Must be able to adequately hear and verbally communicate with bank staff, vendors and customers, both face-to-face and over the telephone.
