POSITION SUMMARY View, Inc is seeking an experienced design engineer for its manufacturing facility in Olive Branch, MS. The successful candidate will w ork with the design team to assist with the project design, development, commissioning of new equipment as well as changes to existing equipment. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

+ Work with the design team to assist with the project design, development, commissioning of new equipment as well as changes to existing equipment.

+ Design and draft electrical schematics including various reports such as bill of materials, cable lists, etc.

+ Prepare cable tray, conduit, and other raceway plans as well as enclosure mounting for electrical installation.

+ Design and modify electrical enclosure component layout with proper labeling.

+ Perform critical design reviews in preparation for construction and installation.

+ Coordinate with other team members and colleges for scheduling activities, conforming to standards, and effectively communicating to ensure smooth project execution.

+ Work with vendors for to determine product information including technical details, shipping lead times, and pricing.


+ 2-5 years of industrial electrical design

+ A strong understanding of low voltage control wiring, PLC wiring infrastructure, electrical power distribution

+ Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

+ Must have self-motivating, positive attitude, with the ability to thrive in a team environment.

+ Possesses the ability to independently derive and present solutions.

+ Highly motivated to learn new technologies and get involved with high priority projects.

EDUCATION Bachelors degree in engineering, engineering technology, or relative experience. View, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer
