The Strategic Marketing Team champions the Brand, Mission and Consumer across the entire organization for DaySpring. We lead with consumer insights, brand engagement and mission focus. This in-house copywriting and editor role is responsible to communicate DaySpring’s brand voice and tone consistently across a variety of consumer-facing channels. As a member of the Content Marketing team, this position will write and edit clear, concise, and compelling copy for a variety of projects that integrate product messaging, brand voice, and digital best practices.Projects will include but are not limited to digital communications (email, organic social, paid media, and site content), and magazine articles. This position will work closely with a variety of teams (i.e. Brand and Digital Creative, Ecommerce, and Strategic marketing, etc.) to brainstorm ideas, create concepts, and develop compelling, succinct, and easy-to-understand narratives across all channels.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS You must have these to be considered for this role:
+ Bachelor’s degree
+ 4 or more years of copywriting experience
+ A portfolio of original work.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS You will stand out if you have these:
+ Portfolio that demonstrates relevant, inspired writing samples and an effective content development process.
+ Bachelor’s degree in journalism, English, communications, or related discipline.
+ Writing excellence, well versed in crafting marketing messages that connect with consumers.
+ Aptitude to learn quickly, with a versatile writing style and particularly adept in writing web copy, emails, and compelling subject lines.
+ Creativity, intelligence, adaptability, and a collaborative spirit (team player).
+ Self-starter who doesn’t require extensive oversight to ensure their work is complete, on time, and excellent.
+ Ability to work with cross-functional groups to deliver strategic, data-driven, high-performing copy that is on-message and optimized for the web.
