You will be a catalyst and focal point in the global Consulting and Client Success organization, collaborating with product, sales, marketing, enablement, delivery and operations, to create and deliver value driven Offerings.

We’re looking to hire an experienced Offer Manager to join a new team to drive, strategize and deliver high quality offers in support of the new offering management methodology. In a relentless XaaS market requiring corporations to be “customer-centric”, this role will be at the forefront of understanding client business challenges, unlocking value, targeting the right client with the right offering, and delivering meaningful business outcomes.
What You’ll Do at Pega:
+ Develop market points of view, using primary (e.g customers, prospects) and secondary research to maintain a robust outside-in perspective on market requirements
+ Analyze research on competitive landscape and market influencers (e.g capabilities, GTM strategies)
+ Develop business cases for new concepts: opportunity size, financial impacts, market share, cost of sales, profitability expectations
+ Leverage market intelligence to support the design and validation of offerings, recommend differentiation strategy and value proposition. Evaluate field and customer readiness addressing gaps and opportunities
+ Manage the offer lifecycle, from ideation to launch, while rationalizing the existing portfolio in light of current performance, market needs and exit strategies.
+ Drive collaboration to meet schedules, manage delivery through technical and operational guidance. Collaborate and ensure co-ordination across internal and external teams that will be visible at the highest level in the organization
+ Target market prioritization, define sales motion, effective positioning and delivery of offers
+ Create materials on pre and post launch direction and priorities, include field readiness and awareness, value proposition, and client outcomes.Contribute to learning programs and enablement assets
+ Monitor the sales process by analyzing metrics, offering performance, gaps and opportunities
Who You Are:
+ You are a seasoned Offer/Product Manager with a proven track record of creating, defining and launching Professional Services offers that generate significant revenue for the organization. You apply leading Offer Lifecycle methodologies to deliver world class offerings designed to meet the needs of our clients. You have the ability to collaborate cross functionally, managing and expanding relationships, while remaining focused on the core initiatives. You thrive in fast paced, highly matrixed companies, elevating yourself to engage with executive stakeholders as required. You have a passion for client success.
What You’ve Accomplished:
+ Successfully created, defined and launched Services offers to market
+ Generated significant revenue streams through the launch of offers
+ Worked cross-functionally with Sales, Success, Product, marketing, Legal and Delivery to assess market needs
+ Partnered with finance business partners to determine margin analysis and financial success of proposed offers
+ Supported the marketing efforts to define the client value proposition
+ Established and managed executive level relationships internally and externally
