As the Specialist, Energy Efficiency, you will provide support for Conservation Improvement Program budget and program management, CIP Triennial Plan and Annual Report filings, Energy Efficiency Cost Recovery filings (EECR and PBRC), database maintenance and report creation, dashboard and report maintenance.


Specifically, you'll have the opportunity to:

Partner with internal and external resources to gather data for regulatory filings and key metrics including but not limited to; CIP program participation, program budget analysis, energy saving calculations and reported program spending

Recognize and proactively determine and communicate areas that can be improved and/or made more efficient and document issue resolution process in order to ensure repeatable processes can be executed in the future

Support the filing of Triennial Plans, Annual Reports and EECR and PBRC

Work with IT to develop functional requirements, test plan and use cases for any database changes

Performnreconciliations and tracks discrepancies between program reports and SAP reports

Create, maintain and publish dashboards for EE programs

Create, design, develop and analyze reports using standard CNP reporting tools

Ensure all work items are understood, routed and/or resolved until the work item is closed

Work with subject matter experts and other teams when trying to resolve difficult work items

Fulfill inquiry requests from internal and external parties

Work with Energy Efficiency team to review, analyze and makes recommendations on RFP's & contracts

Analyzes reports related to assigned focus area to investigate issues and prevent issues from occurring

Support CIP projects from inception to implementation.

Work closely with management, peers, and other departments in a team environment.

Communicates status to management as requested

Manage the CIP opt out process for CIP programs

Support program managers in program design and process development by evaluating incremental cost, customer ROI, incentive level, reviewing potential studies and database design

Understand and utilize the TRM for AR, OK and MS

Serve as an active member of the Partners Working Collaboratively (PWC)

Work with Program Managers and/or Engineers to develop or assist in R&D projects

Manage R&D projects


Basic Qualifications:

Require a bachelor's degree from an accredited college.

Preferred Experience, Education and Skills:

Accounting, finance, or economics experience preferred

Knowledge of financial calculations such as ROI, Rate of Return, payback, and NPV

Able to develop and maintain easy to understand accurate dashboards and reports for multiple levels of management

Able to thoroughly understand the business and market rules and regulations dealing with CIP

Able to consistently demonstrate commitment to compliance with applicable laws and regulations, the Company's Ethics and Compliance Code of Conduct, and other Company policies and procedures

Able to demonstrate respect for individuals, adhere to Company's values and business practices and do both consistently

Able to manage workload in a timely manner in order to meet deadlines

Able to demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to render good judgment and sound decisions.

Able to document agreements and discussions to ensure accurate records and follow through

Able to be a team player, diligent in achieving both individual and team goals

Able to maintain a positive attitude in a stressful environment.

Able to multitask, prioritize tasks and change focus

Proficient in MS Excel preferred

Able to use Microsoft Office products

Database development knowledge preferred

SAP experience preferred

Physical Requirements:

Able to view computer monitor (s) for extended periods of time.

Able to sit for extended periods of time.

Able to exchange information with customers and company personnel
