The Facilities Manager will be the single point of contact responsible for facilities management, assisting the Global IFM Lead and the Clients Workplace Solutions team with the delivery of quality facility management services. This role will coordinate and manage Clients requirements and service delivery to ensure satisfaction.

 

Responsibilities

Relationship Management

Support the Global Integrated Facility Management (IFM) Lead in the implementation of short and long-term projects for the Client.

Assist in implementation of innovative programs, processes and procedures that reduce short and long term operating costs and increase productivity by working closely with the Integrated Facility Management Lead and the Client.

Manage the appropriate monthly/quarterly/annual reporting appropriate for the Client.

Assist with development and management of the capital and expense budgets by interfacing closely with the Client representatives.

 

Program Analysis and Development

Assist in implementation of innovative programs, processes and producers procedures that reduce short and long term operating costs and increase productivity by working closely with the Facility Management Lead and the Client.

Support the Global Integrated Facility Management (IFM) Lead in the implementation of short and long-term projects for the client project.

Manage monthly/quarterly variance reporting on all operating budgets for each property on a timely basis.

 

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Facilities Management with management/technical emphasis

Minimum of 8 years industry experience required either in the corporate environment, third party service provider or as a consultant

Strong organizational and management skills.

Strong interpersonal and supervisory skills.

Ability to read and understand technical drawings.

Knowledge of HVAC equipment and building engineering systems.

Vendor management skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proficient in MS Office, and MS Share Point.

Computer proficiency in CMMS Supervisory Responsibilities.

Manage multiple facilities.

Travel to remote sites when necessary.
