Bachoco OK Foodsis seeking aDemand Planning Specialistfor our Corporate Sales and Marketing organization. This position reports to the Director of Business Development and is located in Fort Smith, AR Corporate Headquarters.
Summary:This position provides analytical support to enable decision-making by Supply Chain Management, BU Management, Sales Management, and Plant Operations.
ThisSpecialistwill provide analytical support for Production Planning Managers, which can include:
Inventory position vs target
Raw material utilization
Mix planning data analysis
Essential Roles & Responsibilities
Preparation of enterprise-wide inventory reports and analysis, raw materials analysis, and KPI reports.
A focus of this position will be improving and automating current processes, as well as innovating and implementing new reports and analyses to support the supply chain organization.
Key support for the S&OP and Target Inventory processes.
Preparation of reports and management of master data.
Provide exceptional written and verbal communication.
Strong problem-solving skills; experience in breaking down complex problems and solving them in an action-oriented environment.
Analyze and communicate complex data.
Work well within a team and cross-functionally across the organization to accomplish goals.
Experience, Education & Skills
Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of related experience.
3 years' experience in demand planning, forecasting, statistics or other quantitative analytic disciplines.
Experience in production planning and operations is a plus.
Quantitative analytical problem solving.
Intermediate to advanced computer skills. Must be capable of performing complex excel calculations and formulas.
Experience in using an ERP system like SAP or demand planning system a plus.
Some travel required.
