The ideal candidate is a leader who can successfully develop and manage a diverse team. You will solve client problems while providing exceptional service and help develop new business opportunities.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties as assigned
Develop customer margin ranking reports based off whole bird return and best mix to maximize our margins.
Assist Sr. V.P. of Sales/Marketing in developing customer pricing models and pricing/mix strategies to increase our margins to our company.
Develop best sales mix return models.
Work with Director of Demand/Supply planning to work on best mix to drive higher margin returns for our business.
Work with sales team on product pricing and to show best mix/margin items that will drive higher margins returns to our company.
Do quarterly SKU reviews to identify slower moving items and make recommendations to Sr. V.P. of Sales/Marketing eliminating or keeping the items.
Work with V.P. of Operations on mix and costing of old/new SKU's to determine how it affects operations.
Keep updated on market trends on where the consumer is heading in their buying decisions and make suggestions to Sr. V.P. of Sales/Marketing on items that we need to be developing or improving current items.
Prepare weekly and monthly updates to the management team on mix and margin returns by customer and in total.
Lead strategic analysis projects related to cost sources, pricing and contracts supporting business initiatives.
Provide root cause analyses and recommend solutions that will enhance profitability.
Provide consultation to users and lead cross-functional teams to address business issues.
Communicate findings and insights to business owners at all levels of the company.
Develop and implement cutting edge reporting to bring self-service tools to internal customers and provide actionable insights based on a defined roadmap.

Experience with high SKU count distribution models using weighted-average inventory valuations.
Ability to breakdown complex matters and communicate simply in written and verbal form.
Strong financial acumen and P&L understanding of Net Working Capital metrics.
Experience creating and communicating compelling presentations to all levels of leadership.
Power BI, Tableau, Connect, or other BI tool experience.
Advanced to Expert in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Education and/or Experience
MBA or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance related major (from four-year College or university); 5-7 years in Poultry Industry with emphasis in Accounting, Operations, and/or PoultryAnalysis preferred
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public. Bi-lingual in Spanish is not required, but a plus.
Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference.Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
