The Customer Supply Chain Analyst will assist in optimizing the end to end supply chain with a focus on network cost and service end to end. The Supply Chain Analyst will conduct detailed analysis on product flow and supply chain opportunities utilizing systems and process excellence tools. The Supply Chain Analyst will assist with the implementation of process improvements through cross-functional collaboration as well as collaborating with customers to drive achievement of organizational metrics and customer goals. + Develop and leverage key business relationships to understand the customer expectations and internal policies/requirements

+ Assist in identifying, planning and implementing end to end solutions that improve service and cost

+ Analyze, recommend, and implement modifications to customer purchasing patterns and J&J Network and products for optimal service and improved logistics efficiencies

+ Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements that impact order management, inventory management, and dashboard measures

+ Participate in the design & implementation of customer specific joint business planning and the Retail Customer Logistics’ Strategic tactics

+ Help resolve escalated discrepancies relating to data integrity, shipping issues, and trade pricing/promotional management

+ Learn and utilize technology to drive root cause analytics and proactive issue resolution and optimized KPI’s

+ Identify and assist in the implementation of innovative solutions using process excellence tools and methodologies.

+ Utilize Microsoft and other Analytics applications as well as business applications such as: SAP, BW, EDI and ERP Systems


+ A minimum of a bachelor’s degree or higher is required

+ A minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience preferred

+ Collaboration and communication skills required with experience working on multi-functional teams preferred

+ Solid problem-solving and analytical skills preferred

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, required with proficiency in advanced analytics platforms is preferred

+ Demonstrated ability and desire to learn new systems and applications preferred

+ Customer-centric mindset, with customer-facing working experience is preferred

+ Experience in Customer Service, Planning, Manufacturing, Transportation, Finance or Distribution preferred

+ Business applications experience preferred, such as SAP, BW, EDI, or other ERP Systems


+ Travel Required: up to 10% domestic travel
