As Talent Acquisition Manager, you will provide consultative guidance in all phases of hiring leadership teams to ensure that the organization is fully staffed with culturally aligned, engaged, and committed employees needed for the long-run to support View’s business growth and success.
+ Lead responsibilities for designing, implementing and continually improving our ability to attract, recruit, and hire manufacturing operations Non-Exempt talent, and Exempt talent for all enabling functions supporting the plant.
+ Responsible for ensuring Assessment Testing is utilized to it’s fullest across for all internal employee and external candidates for critical roles in Manufacturing Operations.
+ Accountable for building relationships and developing the proactive candidate pipelines and resourcing tools for all candidate sourcing channels in View, as well as our leading talent acquisition suppliers and direct sourcing channels nationally for targeted exempt professional-level recruiting.
+ Responsible for Jobvite systems administration and support of our recruiting systems and recruiting tools, and will accountable for all requisition management, new joiner starts, candidate activity/status reports, and all monthly Talent Acquisition performance and metrics data reporting.
+ Lead or support talent acquisition strategic projects including internal talent movement processes, hiring manager interview & hiring process training, employee referral program administration, relocation services provider selection, employer branding, and contract labor services.
+ Work closely with Finance to manage, track, and monitor all contract workers, manage the contractor request process, and manage relationships with preferred Contract Services providers.
+ Support data integrity and consistent process adherence by TA, HR, Hiring Managers and Internal and External candidates with the Jobvite Applicant Tracking & Onboarding Systems while, ensuring our legal compliance with EEO/OFCCP employment regulations.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS – EDUCATION, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
+ Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent training with 10-15 years of experience in high volume, rapid pace, recruitment and talent acquisition in a technology-based operations environment
+ Must have direct experience successfully developing, implementing and improving TA operations processes and optimizing recruitment tools in support of a technology-driven and rapidly expanding business.
+ A passion for simplification, efficiency and continuous improvement as well as a very strong customer centric focus
+ Demonstrated experience with the development and operational responsibility of talent acquisition, HR technology and operational excellence
+ Advisory capability to all levels of leadership, with strong presentation and communication skills
+ Must demonstrate strong trusted partner relationship management and team building skills, particularly with hiring leadership, interviewing panel team members, Human Resources, and Recruiting team members.
+ Must have experience working on cross-functional process improvement projects, preferably involving Human Resources or Talent Acquisition processes
+ Advanced computer proficiency, and comfortable and efficient use of recruiting and sourcing tools, and search engines required.
+ Direct experience with using recruiting/applicant tracking systems daily is required; Jobvite experience a plus
+ Must have experience identifying and recruiting candidates from all sourcing channels including but, including Linkedin and Indeed, at a minimum
+ Ability to travel domestically in U.S., up to 10-20% is required
