CHI St. Vincent Heart Clinic Arkansas has a full-time opportunity for a Market Practice Manager to join our team in Little Rock.

The Market Practice Manager is responsible for all aspects of outreach network operations, to include management of daily activities, growth, lease oversight, and process optimization. Also responsible for process improvement projects within the Heart Institute. Serves as operational liaison with the Finance and Billing Departments on revenue cycle optimization. Provides administrative leadership for hospital-based programs and non-clinical services. Coordinates/assists with the management team in strategic planning, budgeting, financial management, marketing, business development, quality improvement and utilization review, physician recruitment, and information systems management. The Market Manager – Clinic Operations serves as liaison between the Health System and various vendors on establishing and managing products, services, and external relationships.

Responsibilities

Expectations:

+ Responsible for monitoring, reviewing, and enforcing all policies relating to the outreach clinic’s handling, disposition, and utilization of material resources.

+ Provides leadership to ensure that the outreach clinics adhere to system-wide policies and procedures.

+ Assists with the clinic strategic planning process and implementation of growth plan

+ Manages QA and PI activities.

+ Provides a critical communication and collaboration link between Billing and Operations

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

+ College degree or five years of managerial experience in a healthcare organization.

+ At least two years of experience as a manager in a healthcare setting.
