As an Implementation Coordinator on the JHA OpenAnywhere Team at Jack Henry & Associates, you will be responsible for building customer environments for JHA OpenAnywhere online account opening functionality using detailed information collected during the project phase. The Implementation Coordinator will work to help set timeline expectations to ensure deadlines are met and strive to launch customers as a reference of Jack Henry & Associates. You will work with other team members as well as technical staff to identify and resolve issues or errors during both initial environment setup and in assist in providing follow up customer support after the installation delivery. You will work with account opening disclosures and other features that offer functionality accompaniments for JHA OpenAnywhere, some from outside vendors.

This position will be hired in Monett, MO, Springfield, MO, Bethlehem, PA or Remotely within the US.
+ Minimum 3 years of banking experience AND 2 years of onsite/customer support experience within a corporate environment for a combined 5 years of experience.
+ Minimum 2 years of project management experience within an implementation process.
+ Bachelor’s Degree.
+ Experience in Software Implementation.
+ Experience working in or with a Financial Institution.
+ Serves as a resource for the installation team members.
+ Prepares customer for implementation. Conducts readiness reviews, ensuring all aspects of setup are complete.
+ Establishes guidelines/timeframes to ensure a successful installation. Ensures milestones are met. Monitors all phases of the installation and escalates issues when necessary. May interact with project manager.
+ Exercises the responsibility and authority to take steps to ensure a successful installation.
+ Troubleshoots issues once implementation is complete.
+ Documents issues, ensuring they are not repeated in subsequent conversions.
+ May train installation team personnel. May reinforce training to customers and/or provide guidance in training customer personnel.
+ May participate in new release activities.
+ May identify items that are outside the scope of a standard installation and participate in project activities related to those items.
