We are seeking Teacher’s Assistants for our program who are passionate about providing loving and nurturing care and creating a fun learning environment for our students. Teacher’s Assistants partner alongside a Lead Teacher to deliver the best experience to our students and families. Teacher’s Assistants may substitute in a class during a lead teacher’s absence or may assist in multiple classrooms throughout the day as needed. Teacher Assistant Responsibilities Partner with the Lead Teacher to achieve the following: · Establish and maintain a safe, healthy, and nurturing learning environment. · Advance children’s physical and intellectual competence through creative lesson planning. · Support each child’s social and emotional development and provide positive guidance. · Establish positive and effective family relationships. · Ensure an effective program that is responsive to children’s needs. · Maintain a professional commitment. Qualifications: · Associate’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, or Child Development and experience in an early childhood education center · A current CDA or Early Childhood Teaching Credential · Strong computer and technology skills. Previous experience with digital lesson planning tools and software is a plus. · Excellent communication skills. · Desire to be a part of a successful team working together!
