The Services Director will be focused on the US Nuclear set of projects and clients.
Manages all aspects of complex Engineering Procurement Construction Management/Service projects, including risk to cost, schedule, quality. Responsible for the day-to-day successful execution of contracted engineering, procurement, and construction management/services scope in the areas of performance, financial metrics, planning, schedule, quality, contractual compliance, safety, and client satisfaction. Provides for the successful staffing of the project. Manages and leads teams of multi-discipline professionals. Coordinates and integrates the activities associated with the engineering, procurement, construction management, servicesand startup elements of the project team, including the activities of all third party companies contributing to the initiative.
+ Directs complex engineering projects requiring global resources and/or multiple partners, or assists with management of Engineering, Procurement, Construction Management/Services projects.
+ Manages multiple clients and/or accountable for new business objectives.
+ Creates opportunities for new/repeat business; supports complex contract negotiations with appropriate client management.
+ Manages varied complex risk which includes fixed price or new technology or non domestic markets or new clients.
+ Lead safety culture.
+ Develop and implement localized services strategy.
+ Team with Global Sales & Marketing (GSM) to build/expand client relationships.
+ Deliver on commitments and enhance client satisfaction.
+ Execute projects to meet or exceed as-sold metrics.
+ Provide accurate guidance for budgets and forecasts.
+ Enhance project management skillset and talent pool.
+ Proactively manage the assigned Global Project Services (GPS) personnel to achieve project and business objectives.
+ Adhere to risk management/mitigation processes.
+ Screening and commercial decisions within delegated authority level.
Typically 15 years related experience.
Extensive experience with Nuclear/New Nuclear Energyprojects strongly preferred.
Experience managing a set of projects in excess of $10M annually is preferred.
Bachelor of science degree.

Project Management Professional (PMP) or Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) Certification(s) will be beneficial.
Work Environment/Physical Demands
Typical office environment: sitting, walking, talking, hearing, reading, writing, keyboarding, driving, reaching, stooping, crouching, bending, standing for extended periods of time, lifting or carrying up to 40 pounds.
