The Supervisor Players Club is responsible for maintaining the front-line operations of the Players Club desk while providing excellent guest service. All duties are to be performed in accordance with department and property policies, practices and procedures.


+ Supervise assigned operational functions within the Players Club desk consistent with the strategic plan, the fiscal budget, and the Company’s short term and long-term profitability objectives

+ Assist Players Club Representatives, Slot Hosts, and guests with all requests in a professional and timely manner

+ Explain the loyalty program in detail and redeem guests’ points for express comps

+ Issue FREEPLAY and explain how to use it

+ Evaluate members’ status and issue complimentary amenities based upon established Company guidelines

+ Conduct daily Team Update briefings; create a work environment that promotes teamwork, recognition, mutual respect, and employee satisfaction

+ Promote and maintain the highest level of service to all guests, including smiling, greeting, and making eye contact, while staying alert to their needs

+ Perform other job-related duties as requested


+ Ability to effectively deliver training and coaching

+ Able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and verbal forms

+ Able to lead and mentor a team

+ Ability to to make sound decisions immediately without supervision

+ Proficiency of computer software to include Outlook, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint as well as office equipment, i.e. telephone, copier, fax machine

+ Effective listening abilities with strong judgment skills

+ Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with all business contacts


+ High school diploma or equivalent

+ Two (2) years experience in a similar resort setting

+ Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays


+ One (1) year of experience in a face-to-face guest service position

+ One (1) year of supervisory experience

+ Experience working in a similar resort setting

+ Bilingual

+ Effectively communicate in English, in both oral and written forms
