We are searching for an individual with a positive attitude, we will provide the tools for you to succeed. JOB SUMMARY We are currently seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team! Responsibilities * Assist in handling incoming customer phone calls * Communicate with callers in a professional, friendly and efficient manner, striving to minimize the amount of time customers spend on hold * Provide basic information to callers who have inquires * Assist the Service Manager with various clerical duties as needed * Be friendly, professional, courteous and efficient when working with all customers and employees * Handle customers with integrity and poise and refer customers to the appropriate individual for further communication Qualifications * Excellent communication and organizational skills * Experience using Microsoft Office suite a plus * Ability to work effectively with customers, vendors and employees while handling multiple tasks simultaneously * Must be willing to submit to a drug screen and background check Gossett Motor Cars Benefits: * Team-oriented environment * Advancement opportunities * Employee car purchase program * On-site mobile health clinic * Medical plan * 401K * Paid vacation and personal days
