SUMMARY: This analyst position is responsible for research and resolution of customer Trade-related Food Service deductions. Responsibilities include: Researching and reviewing all customer short payments in Dispute; monitor promotional spending and alert appropriate management of overspends and incorrect promotional issues; processing customer payments through Forge when appropriate; validating deductions and coding if valid in SAP systems while maintaining appropriate approvals. Analysts are to process accounts daily and keep an up to date customer profile. Must be able to work alongside management teams while performing assigned tasks and reporting. Need the ability to work cross functionally across the enterprise with Brokers, Sales, Pricing, and Accounting. Strong ability to keep organized is a must. Accounts for the dept close each month. Need the ability to meet deadlines without monitoring.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience: 3 plus years of office experience.
Computer Skills: Basic computer skills including generating simple spreadsheets; Microsoft Office; knowledge of Tyson Systems – SAP (S4 Hana) and Blacksmith/Forge preferred.
Communication Skills: Must possess excellent written and verbal communication.
Special Skills: Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills; knowledge of multiple business units accounting requirements and general ledger coding.****PLEASE NOTE: This position does not offer reimbursement for interview expenses and/or relocation assistance.
