Job Description

Assist Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, Credit Card and ATM/Debit Card customers with basic account support. Responsible for understanding basic operation of each of the applications from a customer facing standpoint as well as basic administrative functions and verifying customer identity. Also responsible for resolving the customer's issues or successfully transferring the customer to Tier 2 Support for additional assistance. Basic computer knowledge and phone skills are required. Internet Banking and Debit Card usage as well as Call Center experience is desirable. Knowledge of Bankway and Funds Express preferred. Previous banking experience is preferred.
