The Asitrade Lead has overall accountability for leading the Astrade shift team:
+ He/She provides leadership and ensures shift coverage as needed to achieve daily safety, quality,waste and productivity goals.
+ Manages employee relations functions, including breaks, vacations/holidays leave,attendance, personal development and performance.
+ Provides training and insures timely certification of team members.
+ Other duties as assigned.
