As a member of the Sales Enablement Team…
In this role, you’ll support our Sales Development Reps and Sales Reps as they work to grow Apptegy and bring Thrillshare to more school districts across this country. Sales Operations enables Apptegy’s sales department to move quickly and to craft the experience for all of our prospects. To be successful in this role you must be accurate, fast and thorough.
Things you will do:
+ Edit marketing materials using design tools such as InDesign, Illustrator, and Sketch including custom booklets for prospects that highlight how Thrillshare can help shape their brand.
+ Print customized booklets for school districts.
+ Edit videos using Final Cut Pro
+ Research school districts across the U.S.
+ Manage research data and perform data merges
+ Work with a high performing team that is committed to high output while retaining quality
What is expected of a Graphic Designer at Apptegy?
+ Experience with design software and tools: You should have 100s of hours creating design documents (digital and/or print). Ideally, you have a degree in a graphic design
+ Knowledge of video software: You should have some experience using Final Cut Pro and other video editing tools that allow you to quickly edit short videos and add graphics and music.
+ Ability to work quickly & efficiently: Sales Enablement moves quickly and gets a lot of work done in a short amount of time. They do this by being efficient and detailed.
+ Meticulousness & attention to detail: Conscientiousness is defined as ?careful and painstaking; particular; meticulous.? People who exemplify this trait have an internal need to do their best at everything they do. If there is a job to be done, it should be done well.
+ Desire to work hard and to grow: This is a role that will challenge you and help you grow. To be successful you must have high expectations for yourself and be willing to put in the time, the effort, and the sweat to meet those expectations.
What is true of you?
+ You have a four-year college degree with an emphasis in graphic design or similar and a 3.5 GPA or higher
+ You are enthusiastic about the opportunity to support a highly effective sales team
+ You have experience with (or are willing to learn) video editing (Final Cut Pro)
+ Experience with SketchApp and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign & Illustrator) is a plus
