POSITION SUMMARY Working under the Production Supervisor, this position is responsible for ensuring a continuous flow of high-quality raw material through the post-scribe tools which supports the IG production line. Additionally, the post-scribe technician is accountable for ensuring all work/tasks are executed in a timely manner and in compliance with all quality/accuracy standards. Team members in this position will gain experience at the post-scribe/busbar tools and operations.


+ Perform all job functions in a safe manner & ensure that View is a safe healthy working environment.

+ Monitor the line and ensure material is always flowing through.

+ Ensure overall production efficiency and productivity is met.

+ Achieve certification tied to the operation of the multi-tool and busbar while fully understanding the required quality specs.

+ Work with Engineering team to assist in operations, development, documentation & troubleshooting.


+ A minimum of 2 years of experience in production or manufacturing environment.

+ Excellent diagnostic, troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills.

+ Demonstrated initiative in providing input for safety and process improvements.

+ Be a highly self-motivated, team-player with a positive attitude.

+ Excellent interpersonal skills: ability to communicate effectively at all levels.

+ Ability to physically push, pull and lift heavy loads; ability to be on feet for 12 hours.

+ Must be flexible with respect to job roles and working hour.


+ High school diploma or equivalent combined with required production operations experience is required.
