RESPONSIBILITIES: * Professional Automotive Sales Consultants will warmly greet customers as they arrive * Professional Automotive Sales Consultants follow up with prospective customers via email and by phone * Professional Automotive Sales Consultants will gain an in-depth knowledge of a customer’s interests to assist them with their purchase * Professional Automotive Sales Consultants will follow-up with existing customers to confirm their satisfaction and generate leads JOB REQUIREMENTS * Two years of college is preferred * Previous sales experience, including inside sales, outside sales, retail sales is a plus * Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships (i.e., a “people person”) * Excellent follow up skills * Basic MS Office knowledge; computer software and internet proficiency * Excellent appearance, verbal/written communication, strong negotiation and presentation skills * Must possess the ability to meet, greet and ask for the sale We are committed to providing exceptional customer service and we know that starts with our employees.
