Description

3-week Cornerstone Course is a fully immersive experience with the goals of physical,

mental, emotional, and social growth while learning to become certified personal trainers.

Sessions will teach from a variety of angles:

.GAs help lead lectures and study halls to do fundamental reviews of the tested

information and facilitate any questions derived from educational process.

Physical training (PT) is part of the daily routine intended to not only give our

students a thorough workout at the start of each day, but to also use it as an

education session. Guest instructors will be given the opportunity to lead and

join these PT sessions as well.

Throughout the course, students are guided through our Purpose Blueprint,

which is designed to support the individual's path to success in their personal
