Description

With the increase of advanced persistent threats and talented adversaries, organizations need a quick & effective way to train up their team and add new team members to fill their open cyber jobs. The Cyber Training Bootcamp is a proven solution for recruiting, training, and retaining cybersecurity talent that is ready to hit the ground running in just 14 weeks! . The first 7 weeks build upon a participant's existing knowledge & experience from an IT/technical role or computer-related bachelor's degree and transitions them into a more cyber operational mindset. The second half of the program is the core and focuses on offensive and defensive tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) and applies the concepts in guided, real-life scenario-based lab exercises where participants gain the hands-on experience they’ll immediately be able to apply on the job. Our curriculum is aligned to the NICE framework and includes input from industry and military cyber professionals to ensure it encompasses the required work role Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs) and relevant adversarial Tactics, Techniques and Procedures (TTPs).
