Production Superivsor – Little Rock, AR – 1st Shift
Production Supervisor is responsible for determining daily production targets, work schedules and supervising and coordinating the daily operations between all production cells so that all work is accomplished in a safe, organized and timely manner.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
+ Performs all duties with ‘Safety First’ mindset
+ Works to eliminate risk where possible and minimize risk in all other areas
+ Determines daily production targets to keep pace with customer demands
+ Determines and adjusts work schedule hours to accommodate production targets
+ Assists Friction Center Manager to provide mentorship/coaching/training to employees
+ Monitor Haldex quality, productivity and service KPIs to ensure facility performance meets or exceeds goals
+ Determines work procedures, prepares work schedules, and expedites workflow
+ Issues written and oral instructions
+ Assigns duties and examines work for exactness, neatness, and conformance to policies and procedures
+ Studies and standardizes procedures to improve efficiency
+ Take independent actions for minor maintenance and repair of equipment
+ Notify Friction Center Manager if equipment is not operating properly and maintenance is required
+ Ensure all employees within production group are adhering to the Haldex Safety and Quality policies
+ Works with Production Leads to verify at the end of each shift that all equipment is properly shut down, housekeeping has been performed and any other activities required for shift ending are completed.
+ Accurate completion of daily reports as required by Friction Center Manager
Responsibilities include training employees, planning, assigning, and directing work; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Lead employees by example through supporting company policies and procedures.
